Excellent role on offer for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you will progress your career to become the next Operations Director.

Do you have a Degree in Geology? Are you an engineer with site or construction management experience?

This company have recently gone through major growth and have huge aspirations for further expansion. They specialise in Site Investigations as well as maintenance and repair works to railways. Due to their expansion plans they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead a small team.

The role incorporates a good balance between office and fieldwork, a varied project list and an excellent working environment.

The Role:

* Management of projects, both on-site and in office as well as client liaison.
* Site management, monitoring, sampling and reporting.
* Providing mentorship to a small team of engineers.

The Person:

* Previous experience as a site manager.
* Degree in Geology or relevant field.
* Attention to detail with a keen eye for safety.
* Excellent communication skills suited both clients and engineering teams.
* Looking to be an integral part of a growing company with very good career prospects.
