The main duties for the successful team leader would be to complete a range of Installation, service, repair and preventive maintenance on a variety of specialist medical equipment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and customers.
What would a typical day as a Field Service Engineer be?
Installation, service, repair and preventive maintenance on a variety of specialist equipment including centrifuges, incubators and laboratorty ovens
Maintaining a high level of customer service, maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and customers
Introduce and manage new processes whilst offering clients new services
Support the rest of the team with any day to day issues
Work along side the management team trying to make processes more efficient and profiableWhat would be required of you?
Proven ability to work in a technical field service role
Be able to effectively communicate with all levels, including clients, employees and directors
Flexible, well organised with excellent time keeping
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience in a field based role
