Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to work on a major joint venture in the Buckinghamshire area! The project will be ongoing for at least 3 years with the scope for successful candidates to further grow their skillset and progress with the contractor following the completion of this project. The role will involve overseeing a number of packages, including earthworks, heavy civils, structural packages and bridges.

The role will also include liaising with the clients and local stakeholders, processing paperworks, management of subcontractors as welll as self delivering some minor packages. The position will offer a competitive salary and package, and will also offer lodge/subsistence for the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing support to site engineers
Management of site activities
Progress reporting
Management of the sub-contractors
Procurement and relevantordering of materials
Quality Control of the works including processing QA and QC paperworks
Maintaining Health and Safety Best practice as per specification
Production of weekly rolling programmes
Candidate Requirements:
 Civil Engineering Degree
 Previous experience working for a teir 1 contractor on a major civils project
 CSCS card
