Excellent opportunity for a Revit Technician to join a rapidly growing and exciting company with progression and influence in the business.

This company are a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy focused mainly within the UK industrial sector. They are expanding into residential, commercial and leisure sectors and would like a Revit Technician to join the success and continue to achieve excellent and outstanding results with the company.

This role will involve receiving mark-ups from Design Engineers and transferring into Revit 3D geometry; modelling duct, tray, pipe, electrical fixtures, light fittings & mechanical equipment; coordinating the MEP services to the best of your ability and liaising with the Design Engineer on re-designs or clash solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the building services industry and be proficient in the use of Revit and 2D AutoCAD, as well as other 2D and 3D drawing packages. You will also have the ability to establish a good working relationship with the Architects, Design Engineers and the CAD/Revit team.

The role:

The Person:
*Experience in the building services industry.
*Proficient in the use of AutoCAD as well as other 2D and 3D drawing packages
*Proficient in the use of Revit.
*Good communicator and able to liaise with colleagues and clients
