Target reporting line to the UK Blue Industrial (BI) Power Tools Retail Marketing Manager (RMM); based at Bosch UK headquarters in Denham
• Functional reporting line to the BI 'Expert Central ROM' based at Bosch PT HQ in Stuttgart
• This is a new role, focused on the marketing of Bosch Professional power tools via Online channels that include established local online distribution partners, e-shop and market-places (such as Ebay); in essence the role is responsible for online brand visibility via these local channels in order to achieve targeted online sales growth.
• The role's responsibilities span strategic to operational, requiring the devising and implementation of a strategy and consequent plan that is aligned with the over-arching PT BI annual business plan; thus it requires agile, team working with a diverse range of internal stakeholders
• Regular assessment of the role relative to targeted Key Performance Indicators will be undertaken by line management

Tasks include
• Defining and executing an online strategy and plan for designated channels
• Ensuring highest brand visibility via key retailers website (incl. search optimization)
• Content management: optimizing product texts, photos, videos, banners, microsites, teasers
• Developing / implementing customer category and specific online campaigns and promotions
• Usage of the retailers' communication channels to deliver target group specific BI messages
• Ensuring proper online communication of central retail marketing concepts
• Effecting online launches of new products
• Online retail presence management / monitoring relevant KPIs to increase online brand visibility
• Collaborating with local User Marketing
• Providing market-specific input for local online requirements and strong contribution to central concepts
• Steering with external agencies and local service providers
