Our client is a world leading organisation in building maintenance, engineering and facilities management services.

They have successfully been in business for over 25 years delivering technical solutions to the retail, commercial and industrial markets and have an array of large blue-chip clients across the UK.

One of their most successful sides of the businesses is their electrical division and their ever-growing UK team is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover the Milton Keynes-North London region, providing building / electrical maintenance services for a multi-site retail client.

The job duties include to maintain and repair a range of electrical and building equipment within retail outlets for a key national customer in a cost effective and efficient way.

Work will include multi-skill elements including basic plumbing, joinery and building repairs as well as core electrical tasks, such as electrical testing including emergency lighting, fire alarms and in house servicing of electrical equipment.

The successful candidates must be a fully qualified Electrician with City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 or City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3 and NVQ Level 3.

You must hold City & Guilds 18th Edition certificate.

2391 / 2394 / 2395 Testing and Inspection is desirable but not an essential

Valid U.K Driving Licence is already required.

In return our client is offering a salary of £33,150 annum (inclusive of any out of hours work, you must be flexible in this) based on a 40-hour week, Monday-Friday.

Company benefits include company van, pension, BUPA medical cover, 28 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 12 months and overtime is also optional.
