Refrigeration Engineer

Our client needs a Refrigeration Engineer to work in & around the M1 Corridor areas of the Home Counties up to the Midlands. This Service Engineer will be working on refrigeration contracts within the supermarkets sectors.

Responsible for the following duties –

basic maintenance, service calls, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults & making repairs.

The Refrigeration Engineer should be confident working on the following –

Integral / Sandwich Chillers

Walk in cold/freezer rooms

Supermarket packs (scroll & semi hermetic compressors)

Requirements-

Over 5 years experience within this industry

C&G or NVQ Level 2 qualified (Desirable)

F-Gas Cat 1 qualified

The role is going to be mobile covering M1 Corridor and the surrounding areas, covering a mixture of calls to clients in this quite fast passed sector.

Salary is negotiable for the role (depending on experience) but will be around £30 – £32k, plus D2d travelling time, stand by payments and overtime. The role comes with a company van, specialist tools, holidays & full package.
