REFRIGERATION AIR-CONDITIONING ENGINEER

HEAT PUMP MANUFACTURER

Midlands Region

A manufacturer of Renewable Heating products which include; Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar, Cylinders & Heat Recovery heating solutions, are seeking a Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Engineer to support their products.

The Position

Based from home, you will be cover a region (with occasional overnight stays) representing the company, undertaking repairs on a range of Ground Source and Air Source heat pumps. This includes;

Compressor changes
Re-gassing
Diagnose system problems and advise accordingly
Write electronic reports
Communication with clients and colleagues
Maintain your vehicle & stock to company requirements The Person

You may be a Refrigeration Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer interested in moving into the renewable energy sector, possessing Safe Handling Refrigerants/F-Gas, whilst any plumbing or heating experience would be an advantage.

Essential;

Refrige or AC Engineer experience
Safe Handling Refrigerants
Faultfinding & Multi-meter experience
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
Self motivated, able to work on own initiative
Able to manage van stock & work load
Full clean UK driving licence
Happy to work across a region with odd overnight stayAdvantageous;

Heat Pump, Plumbing or Heating System experienceYou will be quality driven, customer focused and possess excellent communication skills, a friendly, courteous manner and the determination to meet and exceed customer requirements. Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Remuneration

Monday to Friday
Basic circa £38k depending on skill set
