The Role: R&D Technician

The role will be extremely varied, with the opportunity to do some really interesting lab work and be involved in the R&D campaigns, as well as using your hands-on skills. You will be a pivotal part of the R&D team, involved at the experimental phase of development.

You will also be responsible for the following:

Managing your time within the lab, ensuring all tests are carried out within a reasonable timescale.
Running through the data, forming an analysis and creating reports to feedback to the team.
Building systems to use in R&D, by way of mechanical assembly and wiring (training will be provided)
Using your problem solving ability to generate ideas for unusual test requirements.
The Candidate: R&D Technician

The successful candidate will consider themselves to be meticulous with excellent time management skills. You will also have:

A degree within physics or a related field.
A practical mind-set.
Fantastic communication skills.
An inquisitive nature.
To be commutable to the office you could live in or near one of the following locations: Woburn, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Newport Pagnell, Olney, Bedford, Northampton, Aylesbury
