Rail Solutions Engineer

UK Wide

Permanent – £45,000 – £50,000 + company vehicle

TXM are currently partnering with a tooling and solutions company who supply into the Rail sector, they have created this role out of growth and expansion within Rail. This opportunity will be focussed on meeting the demands of their existing client base whilst also looking at ways to expand into new businesses. Undertaking site assessments and understanding client’s requirements, offering solutions and pricing through to commissioning.

For this role, I am looking for the Rail Solutions Engineer to have the following experience:

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on rolling stock

* Experience producing application analysis

* Strong mechanical bias

* Customer facing experience – understanding needs and requirements and offering solutions

This is a Monday – Friday days-based role, you will need to be flexible on working hours as to meet customer requirements and there will be an element of overnight stays depending on location/volume of work. You will receive 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company vehicle.

Qualifications needed:

* NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
