Wild are working on a permanent full time position working for an established company, well known within in their industry, and based in Milton Keynes. This company offer great benefits working as a Quality Control Manager.
As a Quality Control Manager your focus is to support, develop and review standards throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
Make sure all quality systems are implemented and set up correctly
Ensure all flow charts are up to date for procedures
Monitor all company systems and procedures
Make recommendations to the board
Review business costs
Manage all company documents
Research in to new systems
Oversee the management, maintenance and education of health and safety
Manage the suppliers used in the business
Produce monthly reports
Review and monitor systems and internal processes
Promote the quality standards to all employees
Make sure all health and safety policies are adhered to
Time to time you will have to travel
Experience:
For this role you will need to be an experienced quality control manager, you will need to be a strong clear communicator. You will be someone who leads from the front and demonstrates the company values. You will be used to forward thinking and always being one step ahead. You will love to learn and always look at ways for improvement. You must have worked in fast paced environment and be able to multi-task.
