QHSE Manager

High Wycombe

£43,000 to £46,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Health Insurance + Pension

Monday to Friday, 37 Hours. Early Finish on Friday, 1pm.

QHSE Manager required for a steadily growing manufacturing company offering a bespoke product range.  The company have an excellent staff retention rate and offer internal training opportunities.

The Successful QHSE Manager will have proven experience in Quality Management within manufacturing, those from aerospace, automotive, defence or similar would be preferable. You will have an in depth knowledge of Management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. You will be a Qualified Lead Auditor and have some previous experience of Lean Methodologies. You will have previous experience of H&S and environmental standards. Knowledge of machining, assembly and design is highly desirable. You will be hands on in your approach and well versed in problem solving. Those with a degree (or equivalent) will be at an advantage, but those with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

The QHSE Manager Role:

Manage the company’s integrated management system, in terms of implementation, maintenance and continual improvement.
         Setting the QHSE objectives for the company.
         Maintaining the ISO9001/14001:2015 and 45001:2018 certification.
         Ensure quality compliance in all aspects of production and QC.
         Ensuring continuous improvement to all aspect of the QHSE system.
         Conduct supplier audits and approvals.
         Main point of contact for customer Audits.
         Provide continuous quality training across the company.
         Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships.
         Managing and provide leadership to the inspection team
