Project Planner Coordinator – £28,000 – £35,000 – Milton Keynes

The Company

A large independent connections provider with a very broad and exciting range of projects. In addition to large solar connections, the company also works extensively with heavy industries, demand side response generation, battery energy storage and large private connections to the grid. Voltages range from 11kV to 132kV with project values extending up to £8m per scheme.

The Role

This is a key role within business, where you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

Arranging project kick off meetings with external clients and internal technical teams

Chasing up information from clients and suppliers

*

Monitoring and maintaining the flow of information

*

Putting together broad, high level project plans with clients

*

Communicating variations to clients

*

Liaising with other departments

Requirements

*

Experience in a coordinator role within a construction and/ or project driven environment

*

Experience dealing with clients over the phone

*

Good organisational skills

*

Experience using Microsoft projects, Primavera or similar is preferred, but training can be provided.
