We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager / Site Manager that is experienced in Fit-out and M&E commissioning 

The project consists of :

New 3 story healthcare building Value at  £11M

with 12 months worth of work 

Internal fitout ready to commence which includes you managing Internal fit-out. M&E installations, finishes, lifts, external claddings, site works, connections to the existing hospital

Responsibilities that the successful candidate will require:

Overall daily responsibility for entire site

Programme management & delivery

Management of sub-contractors to meet quality , programme, health & safety.

Providing Weekly progress reports to head office

Chairing site co-ordination meetings with sub-contractors & issuing minutes & action tracker from meetings

Chairing weekly Black hat meetings & issuing minutes weekly

Managing Quality of Works on an on-going basis

Liaising with client at site walks

Closing out design team site inspection reports

Overall Health & Safeyt Management
