Project Manager – Civils

Reporting to Senior Project Managers, you will be responsible for the delivery of a large scale civil engineering project, including drainage and earthworks, on a defunct railway line to allow a new one to be built.

They are explicitly focused on progression and employee satisfaction: less process, more autonomy, direct links with directors and senior management. Turnover is currently £600m and they have not borrowed for the last 25 years: very unique for a privately owned company.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must;

• Have recent, relevant experience as a Project Manager on civils projects with a value of at least £10m
• Preferably have experience with earthworks
• Be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

You will be site based in Central Buckinghamshire.

Salary/Package

Negotiable, competitive salary plus package including car allowance, 25 days holiday increasing to 30 depending on length of service, enhanced pension, bonus, life insurance and income protection
