We have partnered with a World-famous Motorsport team to recruit for a Project lead, who will play the role of key stakeholder in the supply chain for planning and supply agreement to some big customers/partners! You’re going to be the “go-to” point of contact for customers and the one who update’s on supply outputs, targets, timelines and deliveries.
What’s on offer;
Well, besides the opportunity to work for one of the most famous racing teams in the world you mean? Well, naturally this company pride themselves on looking after their team, this is demonstrated in the competitive salaries, healthy bonus schemes, private healthcare, oh and I forgot to mention free lunch! But, the more important stuff will include; reporting on manufacturing status for the complete supply agreement scope, ensuring delivery plans are met. You’ll also be forecasting accurate make/buy decisions for customer related parts, based on resource/capacity and priority knowledge.
What’s required;
Firstly, we need someone who is personable and comfortable being the “go-to” person for any customer queries, so a good level of communication skills and someone who excels at building/maintaining relationships. A close second will be someone with a good level of experience in running projects within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is going to be the cog that keeps the wheel turning between the company and their customers. This World-famous racing team requires someone who understands how imperative it is that delivery plans are met, manufacturing costs are kept down and someone with planning/forecasting deeply embedded in them. Oh, and as it’s a customer facing role, you’ll do it all with a smile too!
Right, let’s recap;
World-famous brand – check. Fantastic salary and benefits – check. An opportunity to progress and develop within an excellent company – check. A job advert that matches your experience – check. I think we’re just missing your application now?
