Scope & Purpose
The Project Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Project team and Project Manager. This role will be very fast paced, at the core of the project and will involve a lot of data entry and processing to ensure overall timescales are met.
Primary Responsibilities
* Contacting customer sites and confirming attendances
* Processing documentation incoming and outgoing
* Dealing with internal/ external telephone enquiries
* Entry of accurate data into customers bespoke database
* Extracting of data from systems and prepare and present findings and analysis in reports.
* Use of bespoke systems and other internal systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* End of day/ weekly reporting including fulfilling KPI’s.
* Work with functional colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the department.
* Undertake any other duties as reasonably required to ensure the successful operation of the group.
* Maintaining an overview of the customer project in terms of both scope and timescales
* Support the Project Coordinator and/ or Senior Project Coordinator with administrative tasks required.

* High attention to detail and level of focus
* Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Able to work independently and within a large team.
* Adaptive and have a flexible approach to a range of tasks.
* Proven experience in an IT data entry role and familiarity with POS terminology is desirable but not essential.
* IT literate, including MS Office Package and proven experience in system management.
* Ability to take on ongoing training and support
