The Job

As a technician you'll be assembling high value products used for some cool industries, including F1 and Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Aviation and Aerospace! Once you have been trained up in their in house department, you’ll receive a crash course on systems and processes needed to succeed. You’ll be supported by the team as you develop and will be able to work on the more complex products as you progress. The role is working days so no shift patterns required and they offer an attractive rate which increases with experience as does the production bonus scheme.

The Company

They work with some World famous brands, the majority of which are in the Motorsport industry, however they also supply products into the Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries so as you can imagine quality is of the upmost importance. They have an immaculate, specially kitted out workshop, one that you would be proud to work in, which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. They have a track record of promoting from within and as they are expanding at a fast rate of knots there are plenty of opportunities.

Experience

This is not a one size fits all style job or list of requirements, however some previous success stories have come from a Motorsport background as their hands on approach and passion for the industry has worked really well, that included;

* Motorsport background or interest

* Hands on mechanical ability

* Ability to thrive in a busy department

* Desire to learn a new skill
