As a technician you'll be assembling high value products used for some exciting industries, including F1 and Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Aviation and Aerospace. You’ll have the chance to increase your pay as you become more experienced and will be eligible to a bonus on top of your hourly rate for hitting targets.

Progression is also something you can expect whether that will be into team leader role or another position within the company, they are always looking to promote from within and have a good track record of this. They have an immaculate, specially kitted out workshop, one that you would be proud to work in, which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.

Experience

This is not a one size fits all style job or list of requirements, however some previous success stories have come from a Motorsport industry or general Manufacturing background.
