Role – Production Manager

Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location – Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Haddenham, who require a Production Manager to join their dynamic team.  The successful candidate will have to have experience within a production management role, confidently training and developing staff, whilst ensuring quality control and improving processes and productivity, utilising their exceptional knowledge on Kanban/Pull Systems and LEAN. It will be advantageous if you possess some technical qualifications.

What will you be doing as a Production Manager?

Ensuring Health & Safety is followed within production
Continuously improving processes and product quality
Training and developing staff
Measuring performance and improvement
Managing up to 50 staff
Keeping accurate records
Managing production systems

Technical Qualifications (Advantageous)
