The role:
* Production Manager – supervise workshop floor
* Ensuring production targets are met
* Setting up implementation processes for efficient working
* Window Manufacturing experience ( Advantageous )

The person:
* Proven track managing production environment
* Knowledge of UPVC Windows
* Experience in completing project work & creating/streamlining processes
