An excellent role on offer for a Process Manager looking to join a global leading manufacturer where you will work in a technically challenging position, whilst having the opportunity to shape the process department and make it your own.

Do you have process management and process control experience? Have you got experience of pumps, BMS controls, boiler operations or similar? Are you looking to work in a brand new, innovative role where you can shape the department?

This award winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They are continually expanding their business and increasing their production output, by introducing brand new equipment and improving existing processes. Due to rapid and exciting expansion plans, they are looking for a Process Manager who will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company.

In this role you will manage three plants where you will lead the process team to identify and support innovation. You will also establish strategies and priorities for the engineering systems to provide full operational functionality and implement lean technology across the plants.

This role would ideally suit a Process Manager looking to join a rapidly growing global company, where you will work in a brand new, innovative role whilst having the opportunity to make the Process department your own.

The Role:

Lead and develop the Process Engineering team
Develop and implement lean technology
Ensure the plants are maintained and optimised at all times
£41,000 – £43,000 + Overtime (OTE: £50,000+) + Days Based + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits
