The Company: Our Client, who pride themselves on Excellence, manufacture and sells a range of plastic products and components for the luxury Automotive Sector.
The Role: Due to sustained continued expansion and investment, they are keen to appoint 2x Moulding Process Engineers / Process Engineering Champions with strong technical experience of injection moulding processes.
The Role: Employed as a Process Engineer your main duties will be to provide process engineering / technical support for the specification, purchase, installation and qualification of Plastic Injection Mould tools and associated equipment, you will also be responsible to provide support for fault finding and process improvements on existing mould tools and equipment as well as exploring new technologies for plastic injection moulding and process technologies.
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
* A HNC / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Science or similar (ideally involving plastics processing) or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant industry experience.
* Experience in tool trials, machine conditioning & optimisation expertise.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
