We are looking for a skilled Press Toolmaker on behalf of our sub-contract engineering client in the High Wycombe area.
Specialising in different services – including CNC Machining and spark erosion – our client is a long-established manufacturing business, with over forty years of experience amassed. They have an excellent reputation gained over many years with the making of new press tools for the automotive, boiler and heat shield sectors.
Duties and requirements for the Press Toolmaker
* Responsible for making new progression and press tools for various customers
* Repairing, refurbishing and modifying existing tooling
* Milling new components for press tools
* Surface grinding
* Program editing (Heidenhain controls)
* Working with parts in varying sizes and tonnes
* Working under quality standards of the business
* Must be able to work unsupervised
Hours:
7:30AM-4:00PM (40-hour week)
Overtime can be available – paid at a time and a half
