My client is looking for a PPM Engineer in the Milton Keynes area primarily covering a convenience store contract reporting to the Regional Operations Manager.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
To carry out PPM within store trading hours and ensure all contractual aspects are completed
To carry out Case Cleans within store trading hours
Highlight any issues to area supervisor
Manage time on site to ensure contracted hours are fulfilled
Assist service team with lower category reactive calls from time to time (especially peak periods)
Highlight any Extra to contract works.

Capable of hands on maintenance works with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
Strong communication skills
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude.
Commercial awareness.
Self-motivated but able to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental issues.
Relevant Refrigeration certification i.e. F-gas
