My client is an expert in roads, tunnels, rail and bridges on lots of technically challenging projects. The type of work my client carries out is so complex that this offers their employees a great opportunity to be the very best at what they do, with plenty of exciting challenges and learning curves available to them.
This particular project is part of a well known major rail scheme involving temporary works, structures and heavy civil engineering.

Responsibilities:
To manage the preparation of a fully integrated linked programme including the pre-construction and construction programmes
Manage the preparation of construction logistics plans, visual time slices and tender presentations/submissions.
Analyse critical paths and key milestones and report internally of any risks, opportunities and mitigation strategies to support maintaining the programme.
Preparing programme progress reports on projects to comply with JCT (or other) contract obligation.
Attend meetings with Client, Designers, Quantity Surveyors etc where necessary

Personal Specification:
Educated to professional level with a relevant degree or HND in a Construction related subject
Experience working for a main contractor within the relevant industry.
Excellent report writing, attention to detail and data analysis skills
Excellent communicator and highly organised
