Job Title: Parts Team Leader
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: Cira. £40,000 Basic, Company Car, 5% Bonus, 5% Company Pension, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Life Insurance, Private Healthcare, Death in Service.

Job Description:

An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading manufacturer of cranes worldwide. Based within their Head Office, you will head up and lead their busy parts department, overseeing a small team with the vision to grow and develop the division.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage the parts department and oversee a team of parts advisors
• Ensure stock is always replenished and managed within the warehouse
• Liaising with customers and suppliers taking parts enquiries and offering customer support
• Ensuring parts are under warranty
• Liaise with other departments within the business including the service department 
• Take control of the shipping and importing of parts overseas

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience working within a parts department is essential
• Strong leadership / managerial skills required
• knowledge of working within the Construction Equipment sector desirable 
• Experience with inporting and exporting goods on an international basis would be a significant advantage 
• Warehouse experience ideally 
• Experience using SAP systems would be an advantage
