Synergi are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG company in Milton Keynes. The successful Maintenance Engineer would join the Engineering Team on a Friday – Sunday shift pattern. Job Description: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have a proactive approach to Maintenance and be responsible for overseeing Planned Maintenance and ensure standards are hit. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions. You will be working on a mixture of Electrical & Mechanical equipment including conveyors, packaging, food, FMCG and repairs will cover Electrical and Mechanical skillset.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

* Conducting Reactive and planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery
* Continuous improvements
* Projects
* Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum
efficiency.
* Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures

Experience Required as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

* Qualified to apprentice level or higher in Electrical Engineering.
* 2 years minimum experience within a FMCG / High Speed Manufacturing environment
* Confident to carry our both electrical & mechanical Maintenance.

Benefits package of the successful Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £50,000
Shifts: 12 Hour shifts Weekends (Friday – Sunday)
