Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer – Gas & F-Gas

My client is a provider of M&E HVAC building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification commercial, corporate and industrial client base with tailored and bespoke building services and facilities solutions.

A Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and reactive/breakdown repairs to commercial gas & air conditioning systems i.e. commercial boilers, warm air heating & radiant along with HVAC, VRF/V, AHU & FCU within a number of client environments to include (not limited to) corporate office accommodation, commercial properties and industrial facilities located throughout the Milton Keynes area, the M40 Corridor region and will also incorporate the Reading area so a flexible approach to travel throughout that region will be required.

Essential Candidate Requirements & Additional Information

ACS Commercial Gas i.e. CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1
City & Guilds F-Gas (CAT 1)
Further qualifications in relation to the position i.e. City & Guilds/NVQ Plumbing
Driving License (Maximum 6 Penalty Points)

Call-out rota working is essential and this is approx. 1- 5
Call-out runs from Monday to Monday
Paid £100 for being on call and paid at time & a half Monday – Saturday & double-time for a Sunday
When called out, paid at a minimum of 4 hours
Travel Time: 30 minutes each way
Company Vehicle i.e. Ford Transit Van (Reasonable personal use permitted)
Fuel Card, PDA & Mobile Phone
23 days holiday (plus statutory days)
