TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an experienced Plumber to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.

The role will provide both reactive and pre-planned maintenance to public facilities around the
Milton Keynes area This is a mobile position, tools and a company van will be provided.

MAIN DUTIES

* Carry out plumbing and wet plumbing tasks.

* Follow all health and safety rules specific to site.

* Fault finding, minor repairs and minor installation alongside general maintenance services.

* Ensure that specialist subcontractor service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated to the management team.

* Compliance with specification to current standards.

* Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules.

* To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate.

* Material co-ordination.

* Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.

* Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times.

* Manage adherence to Planned and Reactive tasks.

PAY: £15.38 Per hour

HOURS: 8am – 5pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

* NVQ or C&G in plumbing and heating (or equivalent).

* Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license.

* Time served qualified plumber.
