Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Surrey

£27,000 – £30,000 + Vehicle, 33 days holiday, door-door travel time, healthcare, overtime (No call out)

The Role

* Working in a mobile role you will cover commercial sites across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Surrey

* You will be responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance tasks including but not limited to fire alarm tests, emergency lighting tests, water temp checks, basic plumbing, general carpentry repairs, relamping, painting & decorating.

* Assisting other Engineers in delivering planned, reactive and installation tasks

* Playing an an integral part interacting with the client and being an ambassador for the company

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to Engineers with a strong backgound in delivering maintenance services within commercial properties

* Engineers looking to apply should be qualified in a trade – carpentry, plumbing, electrical

* Previous experience in delivering PPMs – L8, lighting, fire alarms,

* A solid all round fabric maintenance background with the ability to carry out repairs

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Must live in a suitable location to cover Bucks, Berkshire & Surrey
