Mobile Maintenance Electrician Milton Keynes

My client is a nationwide facilities company. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance electrician to cover 8 retail sites. You will have your City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical, 17th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Retail

You will be looking after retail units in Bishops Stortford / Milton Keynes / Banbury / Bicester / Leighton Buzzard / Luton / Oxford Cowley / St Albans

The mobile maintenance electrician's duties will include all PPM's and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, ballasts, led’s, starters, small lighting installations, fault finding to panels, changing fuses, sockets, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests, floor boxes, data points, as well as general fabric such as changing taps, washers, toilet furniture, changing handles locks, general paper work, escorting sub-contractors.

Hours are based on 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary is 32, 366.00 plus van, phone, tablet, tools, uniform, and company benefits.
