Your new company

* An established and developing Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, covering the MK / Luton / Bedfordshire area.

* Responsible for the lighting planned maintenance and emergency repair work on any lighting across retail sites.

* Circuit upgrades, lamp or light replacements, working alongside of the electrical maintenance engineers to support and overall, ensuring the lighting in all buildings are working throughout the buildings.

* Customer and client facing environment – will be required to engage with the client.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will be required to hold Level 3 Electrical qualification City & Guilds or NVQ with 17th or 18th Edition.

* Experience operating within a commercial environment within customer / client facing roles.
