Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

My client is a provider of M&E HVAC building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification commercial, corporate and industrial client base with tailored and bespoke building services and facilities solutions.

A Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and reactive/breakdown repairs to commercial gas systems i.e. commercial boilers, plant rooms, warm air heating & radiant within a number of client environments to include (not limited to) corporate office accommodation, commercial properties and industrial facilities located throughout the Milton Keynes area, the M40 Corridor region and will also incorporate the Reading and surrounding areas so a flexible approach to travel in this region is required.

In addition to the main aspect of commercial gas system maintenance the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will also carry out basic, 'first-look' maintenance to air conditioning systems and equipment to include AC units, AHU & FCU.

The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will also carry out plumbing and building fabric maintenance as business needs require.

Essential Candidate Requirements & Additional Information

ACS Commercial Gas i.e. CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1

Further qualifications in relation to the position i.e. City & Guilds/NVQ Plumbing

Driving License (Maximum 6 Penalty Points)
