PAYE Hourly Rate: £13-14

Ltd / Umbrella Rate: £17-18.50

Hours: 40 per week basic. Some overtime available but not guaranteed

Contract Duration: 2-3 months +

Location: Bedfordshire

Are you interested in a busy MIG Welding contract? Our client is looking for a MIG Welder to work with them on a long term contract doing production MIG Welding.

MIG Welder / Fabricator Requirements:

Previous experience of working on mild steel
Previous fabrication and MIG welding experience on large scale pieces of kit / equipment
Able to read and work from engineering drawings
Any experience of working on gates, fences, balustrades and framework would be advantageous
This is a Production Welder position so previous experience in a production environment is advantageous

MIG Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities:

The MIG Welder / Fabricator will be required to read and interpret engineering drawings
The Welder will be required to weld a variety of parts for gates, fences, protective barriers and framework
The majority of the welding work will be on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Capable of working without supervision
