Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will be responsible for:
* The management, coordination and ongoing relationship of external agencies that deliver in-store merchandising, training and sales advising.
* The setting, monitoring and tracking of KPI’s for External Agencies to achieve ongoing results that align with the overall Bosch Power Tools strategy and targets.
* The collation and provision of detailed monthly call cycle briefs for the Merchandising and Sales Advisor teams to follow.
* The coordination and organisation of adhoc projects such as Point of Sale implementation, Range changeovers or Training programmes.
* The ongoing support for the in-store teams on any challenges or topics that may arise.
* The collation and presentation of retail intelligence to internal stakeholders.
* The provision of reports on sales performance, project delivery and cycle updates
* The organisation, execution and delivery of training on new products, ranges or general information through virtual or face-to-face means.
* The development of an understanding of our End Users needs so as to tailor in-store activity to support and cater for them
* The communication and relationship-building with the Internal Sales and Marketing, Purchasing and Training department team members
