The Role and Experience Required
* Contract Revit MEP Technician / BIM Coordinator – Milton Keynes – 12 months+
* Someone who has a passion for Digital Engineering, Building Information Modelling and Innovation.
* Proficient Revit MEP Technician who has experience within Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to work within their Building Services Design Engineering team.
* Experience In Pharmaceutical Labs & Clean Room design is highly desirable.
* BIM project creation, model auditing, design & coordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services and creation of MEP content.
* Responsible for digital processes associated with the Design and Construction stages of Pharmaceutical projects.
* Ensure 3D models, drawings and MEP data are hosted in one, accessible place and deliver project information models to Clients.
* Assist Engineers in producing accurate drawings and 3D models; coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements.
