MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance on an Energy from Waste plant. Our client is a leading company within the industry with the opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join their team.

As the Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

The scheduling and implementation of Planned preventative maintenance on site
Carrying out fault finding and repairs on mechanical plant such as, turbines, conveyors, CHPs, valves and boilers  
Logging jobs and reports on the plants Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Ensuring health, safety and environmental legislation is adhered to
Help to maintain plant standards as set out in KPIs
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:

A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/Apprenticeship/NVQ etc.)
Proven experience working on an EfW site or similar process plant
Experience carrying out maintenance on Mechanical plant
Marine Engineers with maintenance experience will also be considered for this role
