Our friendly, family feel manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area are looking to expand their existing Maintenance engineering team with the appointment of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer working on a Double Days shift pattern (6-2 / 2-10)

The Maintenance Engineer will join a small team to maximise machine availability within a metal forming environment and seek robust technical solutions to continue the transition to a more pro-active maintenance environment. 

The successful maintenance technician will work on machinery including: 

– Rolling mills
– Paint application lines
– Press lines
– Fabrication Jigs and Fixtures

 
The successful Maintenance Engineer: 
 
– Mechanically biased, multi skilled and confident of resolving Mechanical breakdowns and basic Electrical issues.   

– Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential to be considered for this role. 

– You should be Mechanically qualified to City & Gulds level 3, have completed an ONC in a mechanical Engineering discipline or ideally completed an apprenticeship.
