Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer Building Services based in Milton Keynes for a well-established MEP Building Services consultancy.

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum DOE
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday

As the Mechanical Design Engineer Building Services your role will involve the following important duties:

Design, specification writing and project management of mechanical building services projects.
Work on integrated designs in buildings that are sustainable and low energy.
Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams on and off-site.
Prioritise and manage own workload.
The experience required…

As a successful Mechanical Design Engineer Building Services, you will have the following:

3-10 years experience within a Mechanical Design Engineering role. 
At least 3 years' experience within a senior-level role is essential for higher salary band consideration.
Previous experience in design software including Amtech, Cymap, AutoCAD and Revit.
Thorough understanding and experience of working to current British and UK industry standards.
Previous experience leading projects.
Ideally a relevant qualification in electrical or building services.
