Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000
Start: ASAP

My client is a family run Building Services Consulting Engineers, providing services throughout several sectors, including Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental and Public Health.

They are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services, to join their team as they have been fortunate enough to experience steady growth throughout this year.

It is essential that you do not require sponsorship as they cannot provide this.

Scope of work

Some Project management
Liaising with CAD department and Clients
Checking and amending any designs issues by CAD Department
Ensuring Project is run on time and within budget
Designing on Revit or AutoCAD HVAC systems etc.
Use IES thermal modelling software to produce Heat Loss calculations
Experience

Some proficiency in Hevacomp, AutoCAD and IES
Proficiency in Mechanical Services design calculations / process
Mechanical Engineering Degree
At least two years’ experience in Building services – no other mechanical background will be considered
UK Drivers LicenceThis is a full-time permanent position, offering flexible working hours and a casual dress code.
