Mechanical Design Engineer required for a forward-thinking and innovative company in a growth stage. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a role where you can be a key player in the business and progress your career.
The Mechanical Design Engineer role will suit a candidate with a strong background in mechanical engineering design for manufacturing. The successful candidate will have experience of working with either 3D AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor. Those with experience in fabrication and metal-based designing and/or high temperature applications will be particularly suited.
The Mechanical Design Engineer role will involve the full life cycle design and manufacture of the company’s technology. Using Autodesk Inventor and 3D AutoCAD the role will be designing specific parts of a large piece of high temperature machinery. This role will involve overcoming potential budget and quality issues by keeping up to date with current engineering processes. Once the product is completed you will then be working with other members of staff to take the design to third party manufacturers to bring the product to completion.

The Mechanical Design Engineer Role:

* Strong mechanical engineering background
* Design experience within manufacturing
* Experience with 3D AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
