M&E Asset Consultant, Remote Working Ideally based North of London
Our client are a specialist M&E /asset management consultancy within a highly successful property management organisation. They provide a wide range of specialist M&E Asset Management services to private and public sector clients nationwide. Due to enjoying prolific growth over the last two years they are now seeking a M&E Asset Consultant to join a, busy, thriving team.
The successful candidate will provide different types of asset survey, asset verification, asset compliance audits and expert witness services to a variety of different clients including Commercial Property, Health Care, Retail, and Education. You will organise your week accordingly depending on workload, travelling to meet with clients, making contact with each site conduit before carrying out survey work. Your write ups/admin can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet ups with the team at head office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services with previous experience of M&E Survey Work, Audits, Reports, Compliance and Lifecycle. Your performance will be measured on output, so you'll need to be an organised self starter who is able manage and prioritise workload.
This is permanent position and comes with a salary up to £43,000, car allowance or company car, fuel card, plus flexible benefits
