A Managing Director is required for a busy engineering company based in Milton Keynes. The company design and manufacture heavy rotating equipment.

Within this busy role you will have full responsibility for the day to day operations of the organisation. You will guide the organisation technically, mentoring the engineering team. You will also lead from the front with regards to sales activity. You will have full profit and loss responsibility and drive the organisations future structure and growth plans.

Candidates will have gained experience within a similar senior management position. You will be technically strong within heavy mechanical rotating equipment. You will also have previously taken an active role within sales. Candidates are likely to be an existing Managing Director or alternatively a Sales Director or Engineering Director looking for the next step
