Are you a Maintenance Technician with experience in machine maintenance?  Do you have experience of using maintenance equipment? A global and award-winning packaging organisation requires a Maintenance Technician to work from their Milton Keynes site. Real progression opportunities on offer!
 
This is a permanent role working continental shifts, 4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off (6am-6pm/ 6pm-6am) with a salary of £27,622.06 on level 1 (pay goes up to level 3) subsidised canteen, free parking, pension, and More!!!
 
As  a Maintenance Technician you will report into the Shift Supervisor with responsibility for ensuring that the machines and ancillary equipment  run to the specifications required by the production department.
 
You will report any defects to the Supervisor and complete the relevant paperwork along with carrying out remedial works. You will ensure that products arriving at the packing station or direct to customers are to acceptable quality standard. To remove, clean and refit, realign or carry out necessary adjustments to parts of moulding machines.
 
We are keen to hear from applicants with machinery maintenance experience, ideally from a FMCG, plastics or packaging background. You will be able to read drawings and schematics with good IT skills and high attention to detail. Any knowledge of HACCP, or Food Safety training would be advantageous.
