Maintenance Team Leader Milton Keynes with Progression to Engineer Manager needed for a hugely successful blue chip Manufacturer and roles with this company they don't get much better than this. As a Maintenance Team Leader YOU MUST have leadership and engineering experience from a high speed production background.

The Maintenance Team Leader role comes with further career development to Engineering Manager.

As Maintenance Team Leader YOU MUST HAVE experience of managing teams within an engineering environment, manufacturing across automated machinery. The company might consider a Team Manager that wants to step up to Maintenance Manager.

Monday to Friday role.

Maintenance Team Leader should have and Electrical or Mechanical qualification or Apprenticeship

Duties

Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum
Develop and oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities including PPM's, reactive maintenance and reporting maintenance performance
Manage part of maintenance engineering team
Drive continuous improvement, reliability and new innovative ways across engineering and production processes
Assist in running projects
Drive performance across the teams
Assist in maintenance as will still be on the tools
Allocate additional training of staffMaintenance Team Leader is Commutable from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire
