A fantastic opportunity for an experienced scheduler to join a rewarding Maintenance service company has recently been approved.

Our client is a family run building service maintenance business with a passion for excellent service delivery and high-profile blue-chip clients across the UK.

With their commitment of providing a high-quality tailored service for each individual client, they provide skilled engineers which help them exceed expectations for their clients and themselves as a company.

Due to winning several maintenance contracts they are now seeking a new Scheduler ideally based in the Bedford/Milton Keynes area.

You will be responsible for liaising with engineers regarding Reactive maintenance and planned maintenance that needs to be carried out by them on sites. You will have experience using a CAFM system and good CAFM knowledge.

This excellent opportunity is offered on a permanent basis with a fantastic client who have a reputation for retaining their staff.

What is required.

CAFM Systems experience
Scheduler experience
Reactive and PPM knowledge – Understanding certain requirements and expectations.
Schedule jobs/appointments with engineers and clients.
Follow up with engineers and been point of contact for both customers and engineers.
Excellent customer care service
Excellent Communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
