Maintenance Planner

Milton Keynes

£40,000 – £50,000

Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Engineering & Maintenance Planners able to commute to Milton Keynes to join our client in the power generation industry.

We are looking for a Planners with a background within the heavy industrial production or power generation industries, in addition to an engineering qualification to HNC level minimum.

You will be working for a market leading organisation at a relatively newly commissioned power plant as part of a terrific engineering team with a fantastic working environment and culture.

Job Duties

Responsible for planning maintenance services, controlling contracted plant to aid in all apparatus is in full working order.
Provide technically sound design solutions including all associated reporting and cost estimating.
Maintain a record of Preventative Maintenance Routines promoting maximum up time.
Implement routine planned and unplanned maintenance tasks in line with the maintenance programme and individual skillset.
Work with service provider/contractors to define required work schedules and duties.
Provide input into all health and safety aspects where appropriate.
Compile, communicate and present regular project portfolio financial update reports both internally and externally.Engineer Profile

3+ years' experience working as a Maintenance Planner within the industrial production/processing or power generation sectors.
HNC/HND in Engineering.
Full driving licence.
Ideally experience with Contract Administration
