Maintenance Manager Milton Keynes needed for a hugely successful blue chip Manufacturer and roles with this company they don't get much better than this. YOU MUST have leadership and engineering experience from a production background. This will ideally be to take over the current Engineering Manager in the near future.

YOU MUST HAVE experience of managing teams within an engineering environment, manufacturing across automated machinery. The company might consider a Team Manager that wants to step up to Maintenance Manager.

Monday to Friday role.

Maintenance Manager should have and Electrical or Mechanical qualification or Apprenticeship

Maintenance Manager duties

Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum
Develop and oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities including PPM's, reactive maintenance and reporting maintenance performance
Manage the maintenance engineering team
Drive continuous improvement, reliability and new innovative ways across engineering and production processes
Assist in running projects
Drive performance across the teams
Allocate additional training of staffCommutable from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire
