Do you have experience of leading, motivating and developing a team of hands-on maintenance engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join one of the UK’s leading food & drink businesses. This is great opportunity to join well-established and dynamic operation, which places emphasis on developing/training their engineering colleagues and which views engineering as a core function in the business.

This is a Monday-Friday role, paying up to £55,000, and based in the Buckinghamshire area. The site in question is relatively new and has played a key role in their growth in the UK. As a business they are performing really well and offer a stable and secure option for people who wish to be part of a people-focused company.

Strong technical knowledge with an electrical bias as well as leadership capabilities within a fast paced manufacturing environment are at the forefront of the requirements for the position. Reporting to the current Engineering Manager, the business are looking for progression potential.
